In many organizations, committees are made up of people who individually can do nothing and together decide that nothing can be done.
I have come to the conclusion that a good head is better than seven bad heads. A wise and skilful worker is better tham fifty foolish workers that are dangerous to the organization. A wise friend is better than ten fools who are pretending to be friends. What do you think about this? Next time look closely to the committee members and remember to choose them wisely on merit and not on sentiment.
